Our dear friends Signe & Sissi are visiting once again, and I love it. They are so adorable, right now they're cuddeling in the chair.
Anyways, me and a bunch of ladies are going to a big bbq tonight that some of the student associations are organizing every year (I think it's annual). Looking forward to a fun night!

What not to do...

Don't ever spill out your big coffee at Pressbyrån. It will get really messy and a lot of napkins will go to waste.

Down by the river

Hello!
Hope you all had a great easter! I'm back in Karlstad and the sun is just as nice here as it was in Strömstad.
Lawrence and I packed our backpack and headed to the river to lay out on the grass. It was so nice and I want to believe that my face is a little more tanned than it was this morning. It has to be!

What not to do...

Make sure you don't drop your phone in the bathroom trash can whenever you're at a restaurant. It's disgusting!

Shrimp sandwich

Gorgeous day so far! Met up with Anna and her mom Anita for lunch down town. We went to Göstases and grabbed a shrimp sandwich that was OH so good! After a while Carolin showed up and joined us for a cup of coffee. It was so nice to see both Anna and Carolin today, I haven't seen them in way too long! It was awesome to catch up and finally talk face to face instead of over the phone.

Skärtorsdag

Today is the day when all of Norway get in their cars and drive to Strömstad. It will get roudy and what they do is that they sit in their cars and the drive in circles all around town....all day. It's a tradition and some people see it as a sign of spring but all I see is madness....maybe I'm getting old? I should'nt say I don't like it or don't think it's fun to watch all this crazyness, because I kind of do. It has become a part of easter and what would Skärtordagen be if it was'nt for thousands of cars, cops everywhere and tons and tons of people?

It's easter and everytime this time of year Strömstad becomes the place to be for people who loves shopping and standing in line. Even though it's hard to walk anywhere without bumping in to someone I kind of enjoy it. It has become a part of the easter feeling.
Anyways, yesterday I went to see the wonderful people I used to work with, it was great to see all of you! And for the ones I missed, I'll probably take another drive up there before heading back to K-town. Even though you might not miss me, I really do miss you :) . After that my beautiful sister and I went to the Heat restaurant and enjoyed some delicious food. I ended the day visiting Anna, Jimmy, Roffe & Egon, lovely!

Kontoret

One of the things I miss the most with Strömstad is to go to Kontoret and eat their food and talk for hours. On Tuesday Anna and I did what we do best, spent the night at Kontoret, eating, talking crazy and laughing the night away. Great night and I met Annas friend Ida! Good times!

Strömstad

I'm back in Strömstad and I'm having a great time! Yesterday  Josefin, Anton and I had a great and fun night eating dinner and playing cards. I love being back! It's so gorgeous here and I think you really appreciate this little town when you've been gone for a while...at least I do. But again, I love it here!

I don't know what you're up to but I'm multitasking, big time. Cleaning, doing laundry, studying, blogging. I'm showing of my feminine side.
Lawrence just went to work and I have to get tons of things done before tomorrow when I'm taking off to go to the bestcoast (westcoast....hilarious I know)!

Another great day

Hey ho!
Great Thursday I have to say! My baby is home from Kungshamn and Färjestad won the swedish championship in  hockey! Wohoo! Besides that Blondinbella and Kristian Luuk were in town (Blondinbella is a famous blogger and Kristian a Tv-host/media dude). They held lectures and told us their stories about how they got to where they are today. Very interesting and inspiering.
Sofie and I went to the weekly boxing class and later we had dinner at Karins, she had made a delicious chicken pie! This Thursday = greatness.

Wild Willy´s

Since I'm currently having access to mom & dad´s car (wohoo) Sofie, Karin and I went to Willy´s today to buy tons of food. I love Willy´s! It's so cheap (at least cheaper than the store we normally go to). We also took a little trip to IKEA and even though you don't need anything you can't walk in there without buying something, even if it's just a little face towel. The place never lets you down.

The other day my wonderful mom and dad were town for a quick visit!
It was so nice to see them, we grabbed some lunch at Mat & Muffins and enjoyed the sunshine.

My Saturday is being spent in the library with books and study questions.

The sun is shining brighter than ever outside but I just have to face the fact that this needs to be done.

I'll catch up on that sun later next week. I've been pale all winter so I might as well stay pale a little bit longer.

It sounds like I'm full of self pity but I'm not..ok.

Just got home from a surprise dinner for Ivana! She got a job in Gothenburg and is now leaving Karlstad..sad for us but I'm really excited for her! Hanna and Sara had it all planned out great and I'm pretty sure, based on the look of her face, that Ivana did'nt suspect anything before we jumped out of the closet.
I'm home early though, I'm really tired and a headache is just around the corner.
