My advice is never to underestimate a row machine, I sat down on this wonderful piece and thought "Oh, I'll just of start of by rowing 5000 meters and then we'll see how tired I'am maybe I'll keep going, this can't be that bad"...yeah right! I got to 2000 meters and my arms and legs were shaking...never underestimate this thing, you'll be surprised....or maybe it's just me being in extremely bad shape, that actually might be it.
Today's TO-DO list:
- Gym
- Study
- Watch slalom
- More studying
- Throw away the dead flowers in the window
- Hang with Karin and eat Moussaka
- Try to go to bed early even if I don't know how to do that
